1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of PilotExam.pro, operated by

1.2 Adrian Saiz Ferri acts as a private individual and is subject to the small business regulation under § 19 UStG. Therefore, no VAT is shown.

1.3 By registering or using the app, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

2.1 The PilotExam.pro app allows users to practice theory questions in preparation for the private pilot theory exam.

2.2 The exact content of the licences, as well as the prices and durations, are listed on the website at https://pilotexam.pro/#pricing and form part of the contract.

2.3 The content is provided exclusively in digital form.

3. Formation of Contract

3.1 The contract is concluded when the user registers and PilotExam.pro confirms the selected licence.

3.2 For paid Pro licences, the contract is concluded upon payment of the licence fee.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Paid licences consist of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium.

4.2 The statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the user has expressly agreed to the provision of the content before the withdrawal period ends and has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

4.3 The free licence is available to users for reviewing the content.

5. Terms of Use and User Obligations

5.1 The user is obligated to keep their access credentials secure and not share them with third parties.

5.2 The content is only permitted for personal use. Sharing or commercial use is prohibited.

5.3 Users are prohibited from using the app for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payments are processed via the payment service provider Stripe. The terms of service of Stripe also apply, which the user must accept during the payment process.

6.2 All prices are final prices under the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG. No VAT is shown.

6.3 The invoice amount must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made on time, a first reminder will be sent. A processing fee of €10.00 may be charged for the reminder.

6.4 If the user fails to meet their payment obligations even after the reminder, PilotExam reserves the right to block access to the app or Pro licences until full payment is made. Further legal steps remain reserved.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 The content of the app is created with the utmost care. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy or completeness of the content.

7.2 PilotExam is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

7.3 No liability is assumed for technical disruptions beyond PilotExam's control.

8. Termination and Duration

8.1 The free licence can be terminated at any time without notice.

8.2 Pro licences automatically expire at the end of the selected duration (6, 12, or 24 months) and do not renew automatically.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the https://pilotexam.pro/imprint.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

10.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
